Our client is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their team based in Glasgow City Centre.
Duties:
- Carry out basic procurement and purchasing of company materials following QMS processes, by dealing with purchasing requests, processing approvals and generating and placing Purchase Orders.
- Arranging for document sign-offs and authorisation and basic scanning and (e-)filing duties.
- Assist with collating and processing expense claims and receipts.
- Booking of national and international travel.
- Assist with the arrangement and facilitation of company meetings including board meetings, with responsibility for booking facilities and meeting rooms, and catering.
- Assist with basic financial management tasks and queries.
- Management of company timesheets and generating timesheet or other reports.
- Generate meeting agendas and perform minuting tasks on an as-needed basis.
