At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit an Administrator based in Loanhead.
Duties will include:

- Carry out basic bookkeeping for company and project related finances.
- Process expenses for senior management.
- Monitor project budgets and total spending.
- Help to prepare materials and data for project invoices e.g. staff time sheets.
- Source venues/ catering/ supplier/ contractor for events and conferences.
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Coordinate itineraries.
- Lead organisation and planning of quarterly team activities.
- Support with all ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Support preparation of content for team meetings.
- Support with preparation of external company communications including social media posts and newsletters.
