This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a specialist technical product portfolio, driving product strategy, commercial growth and market adoption. Working closely with commercial, engineering and leadership teams, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the product range. This role is based between Glasgow and Newcastle and requires regular travel to each site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of process gas products
- Drive product strategy and lifecycle activities
- Improve product adoption and commercial performance
- Gather customer, market and competitor insights
- Support teams with product positioning and portfolio development
- Work closely with engineering, commercial and operational stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvement and future growth
Requirements

Previous Product Management experience is essential

Strong commercial awareness

Experience working with process gas, technical, industrial or engineering products
