STEM Recruitment is currently seeking a Customer Service Returns Specialist for our client in Edinburgh. In this newly developed role, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing customer returns and failed deliveries, ensuring that accurate information is collated to deliver a superior customer experience while minimizing financial impacts. As the primary contact for the Returns Address Inbox, you will manage RMA processing, maintain essential databases, and develop solid relationships with customers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Proven customer-facing experience in a similar role.
- Desirable knowledge of ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle issues promptly.
