STEM Recruitment Solutions is delighted to once again support our client; an automotive manufacturing business in Lanarkshire as they look to add experienced Maintenance Engineers to their technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served engineer who enjoys fault finding, preventative maintenance and keeping production equipment running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, responding to breakdowns and helping improve equipment reliability across the site. Working closely with the wider engineering team, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement and support apprentices where required.

This role operates on a Continental shift pattern covering days and nights:
- Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
