The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software and hardware within a high-tech manufacturing environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise MES performance, resolve system issues swiftly, and support continuous process improvements. You will be responsible for developing documentation, conducting testing, and training users to ensure seamless MES operations that minimise downtime and enhance productivity.

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

3+ years of MES implementation and maintenance experience

Knowledge of MES software, hardware, and integration processes

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with programming, databases, and operating systems.

Ability to interpret data, perform root cause analysis and generate technical reports
