Stem Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Ayrshire, Scotland. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing manufacturing personnel to meet production metrics, ensuring timely order fulfillment while driving operational improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG.
- In-depth knowledge of timber frame construction and/or roof trusses would be beneficial.
- Proven track record in good manufacturing practice and lean principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT literate with good numeracy and literacy skills.
