The role involves monitoring, improving and driving the manufacturing processes in a fast paced production site. You will cover a wide variety of tasks with no two days being the same, including:
- Ensure current manufacturing processes are being followed correctly and documented
- Suggest and implement LEAN manufacturing improvements
- Solving manufacturing issues
- Derive corrective actions and training plans for non-conformities
- Monitor department KPI’s and utilise info accordingly
This is a great opportunity for either an engineering graduate with some chemistry knowledge or an experienced Process Engineer with a department that you can really make your mark!
