At STEM Recruitment Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Production Technician in East Kilbride for one of our esteemed clients. This is an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to be ongoing or even made permanent for the right individual. Shift working is part of this role therefore you must be comfortable working early and back shifts. No weekend or night shifts necessary.
The role will include the following:

To manufacture, as instructed, the relevant products within GMP and in accordance to ISO13485 guidelines

Ensuring the Manufacturing Supervisor is informed of any issues, which can impact on the daily scheduled tasks. This is inclusive of, but not limited to quality issues & equipment issues.

Assist in maintaining a Quality Culture within the manufacturing areas

To perform in-process testing to ensure products remain within specification.

To ensure environmental procedures (cleaning, access control, gowning procedures) are implemented and documented as per relevant SOP’s

Assist in maintaining a H&S Culture within the manufacturing areas
To be considered you must have experience operating process machinery, handling paperwork and be confident in a GMP environment. Previous GMP experience is not essential however understanding the principles of GMP is.
