At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit an Part Time HR Administrator based in Edinburgh.
Working in our busy HR team, the Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive admin support and assist colleagues with a range of general queries.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing new starters and ensuring accurate records are maintained on the HR database
• Assisting with recruitment administration, liaising with candidates and maintaining records of recruitment activity
• Monitoring the HR and Recruitment inboxes This is a fully ‘in-office’ part-time role and we can offer a contract ranging from 16 to 22.5 hours per week, over 3 to 5 days, depending on what fits best around your other commitments.
