We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative for a contract position based in Dalkeith. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the warehouse operations, ensuring smooth packing, stock management, and dispatch processes. You will be responsible for achieving performance targets, accurately packing products, entering stock data into computer systems, palletising goods, and preparing items for dispatch. The role also involves operational safety, housekeeping, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A valid Fork Lift License with at least 1 year of experience is essential, along with confidence in stock entry software, vehicle safety checks, and checking delivery manifests. You should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to work, either independently or as part of a team.
